Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 289(FIN) An Act relating to technical and                      
vocational education and to employment assistance and training; and            
providing for an effective date be taken up. The bill was before the           
Senate on reconsideration.                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 289(FIN) be held                     
to the April 12 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
